I have a rental house with sewage blockage last week. My tenant called Plumbing Services LLC in the morning on Thursday. Two guys came to the house around lunch time. My tenant called me when they just arrived the house. It took me about 10-15 minutes driving there. They already about to leave. I asked them how they did the work. They told me they just go to the roof and put snake from there. I told them that this won't really solve the problem. The sewage pipe will be blocked again soon. They have to found the cleanout, clean from there. They also need to find out where is the blockage and what the causes of the blockage. The guys told me their company did not let them to do so. We also have to pay more than $180 for this a few minutes "work" at site. Two days later (on Saturday), my tenants called me again because the sewage was blocked again with the same situation. They called the Plumbing Services LLC again to ask them to finish their unfinished job, but they refused unless we pay more than $180 again in front. I don't think this is the right way to do the business for a normal company. On Monday, I called the Bobby Greene Plumbing. They sent two guys to my rental house on the same day. They searched the front yard, finally found the cleanout. They worked from there, found the blockage site, unblocked it. Let the tub, toilet water run. Filled washer machine with load of water, then let it drain to check if there was water backup in the tub. Everything looked fine. I got a bill of $133!

Yesterday was our first time to use Plumbing Services and we will be calling them again. They were efficient and reasonably priced - I expected the bill to be double what they charged based on our previous plumbing company.

Had an exterior faucet pipe burst inside the wall. Called Justin and he showed up and promptly replaced the faulty faucet. Great job, very customer oriented and would highly recommend his company.

I called Plumbing Services to fix my running toilet, while working the toilet they noticed my bathtub faucet was dripping, I was amazed they fixed both of the problems and didn't charge me anything EXTRA!! How AWESOME is that!!!!!!!

Chris arrived without the parts to repair the leak. He said he was going to buy the parts and never arrived back. Terrible service and attention. No call back, but they charge for the “visit”
